Scot McCosh

Scot began serving with us full-time October 1st, 2011. He is married to Rev. Paula McCosh, who serves as our Associate Pastor of Family Ministries, with whom he is madly in love. He loves (in a different way of course) peanut butter, high school football and making people laugh. He tries to live life in light of Jesus' promise that He came to bring us life to the fullest! Scot and Paula have one daughter, Kate, a freshman at Western Carolina University, who loves theater and is her Daddy's pride and joy. Kate has 3 foster brothers who have been with her family since the fall of 2015. An avid sports fan, Scot enjoys watching everything from local children's leagues to the pros. When he's not watching sports he enjoys running and hiking and taking his kids on Daddy dates;Scot also serves as a Chaplain in US Army Reserve.

Paula K. McCosh
Associate Pastor of Family Ministries

Paula was called as our Children & Youth Pastor on Easter Sunday, 2011.  Her energy and creativity have jump started our family ministries.  Prior to joining our staff Paula served as the Children & Preschool Minister at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church, Fayetteville, NC; Co-Pastor of Prospect Hill Baptist Church, Prospect Park, PA; Associate Pastor Intern at First Baptist Church Philadelphia, PA; Pastoral Intern at Narberth Presbyterian Church, Narberth, PA and Children's Program Director at Cedar Campus, Cedarville, Michigan.  Paula's academic preparation for ministry includes a BA from Lawrence University, Appleton, WI; a MDiv from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, PA and a MSW from Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, PA.  Paula is married to Rev. Scot McCosh, and is the proud Mommy of Kate, a teen aged "wonder-child." When she's not playing with children, Paula enjoys hiking and reading on her Kindle.  

Ms. Kaye Williams 

Office Administrator / Church Secretary 

Kaye is the newest member of our team having joined us in June 2016.  She is a member of Highland Presbyterian Church and comes with a wealth of experience working in Human Relations as well as having served as a Receptionist and Bookeeper with other Fayetteville organizations.  She is a native of the Fayetteville area and has a love of theater having participated in over a dozen shows at Cape Fear Regional Theater.
